The North Channel Literacy Council offers training in Essential Skills for people looking to join or to improve their position in the workforce, and for people looking to improve their independence.

We have centres in both Elliot Lake and Blind River, and offer services in both French and English. 

This Employment Ontario service is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and through the Canada-Ontario Job Fund Agreement under the Ministry of Labour.
